Roy Jones Jr urges Conor Benn to fight Conor McGregor and Chris Eubank Jr, then retire
Roy Jones Jr has advised Conor Benn to pursue fights with Conor McGregor and Chris Eubank Jr before retiring, following Benn’s second-round defeat by Ryan Garcia.

Roy Jones Jr has urged Conor Benn to finish his career with a fight against Conor McGregor followed by a third meeting with Chris Eubank Jr, Boxing News reported.
Benn’s first world title challenge ended inside five minutes on Saturday. Ryan Garcia floored him with a right hand and stopped him in the second round as Benn challenged for the Californian’s WBC welterweight title.
Jones, a four-division world champion, outlined his preferred route for Benn while speaking to Parimatch. He said: “That’s two big-time multimillion-dollar fights.”
Jones also suggested the competitiveness of a Benn–McGregor contest would depend on their corners: “Depends on who trains them both, but it’d be a really interesting fight.”
McGregor tore his ACL in his MMA comeback against Max Holloway in July and is not expected to return any time soon.
